Harvested mid-season in 2015, this vintage of 12 O’Clock High Viognier was fermented dry and aged in French oak puncheons (80% neutral). After another year in those French oak barrels we bottled it and gave it 6 month bottle-age before release. Enjoy with grilled peaches and burrata.
